Customer Service Representative / Remote Chat Technical Support

We are hiring a Technical Support Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, help troubleshoot, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with social media applications.

Full training is provided and we are looking for people who can start work right away.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $50 – $70 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
